Glob Of Egg White Cervical Mucus

Brahms. Ein Deutsches Requiem. Wilhelm Furtwängler. Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus of Stockholm. 1948.

Shortly after the start of writing this-inlet, died a great man, Severiano Ballesteros. I dedicate this music to Seve. Wholeheartedly and with the utmost respect. Dedicated to someone exceptional.

Severiano Ballesteros. Rest in peace.

Dear friends, penultimate disc in the series conducted by Furtwängler recordings for EMI of the great symphonic works of Brahms. On this occasion, that wonderful monumental work, full of spirituality and emotional depth, which is the German Requiem.

The Brahms Requiem was initiated in 1861 by the primary task and the end of it from 1866, coinciding with the death of his mother and his beloved and esteemed Schumann. The work away in their intentions of what is sacred and pure composition Requiem Mass and liturgical connotations. Likewise, it is based more Lutheran than Catholic in their texts circumventing the usual appointments Catholic requiem masses to a punishing God, to eternal life, the Last Judgement, etc.. It is situated at a point more midway between oratorio and cantata with a profound message of optimism, hope, compassion and mercy, a profound reflection on life and death using biblical texts for this and they were chosen by the composer from the Lutheran translations Old and New Testament. It's a slightly different from the Catholic tadicional and focuses more on the pain and the cries of those whose loved ones are gone, that the relationship between fate and death.

The play had its first premiere in part, interpreted the three piles movements in Vienna (timpanist with repeated failures which some say were intended to be a supporter of Wagner) on December 1, 1867 led by Johann Herberck. A second release, partly also with six movements, took place on Friday, April 10, 1868, in Bremen Cathedral conducted by Brahms himself and achieving great success. His debut as an entire work to end the seven movements took place in Leipzig, the Orchestra and Chorus of the Gewandhaus and Carl Reinecke in the address, February 18, 1869 and confirmed the success previously obtained.

Transmits peace, kindness, humanity, serenity and love for each and every one of its sides. It is simply a pleasure to listen to wonderful music.

Furtwängler in this interpretation leads to the beautiful Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra. It is one of the glittering bands that are today but in those postwar years was a wonderful instrument. The sound, although it has some shortcomings and that typical fried discs is more than old enough to appreciate the warmth of the interpretation provided and the beautiful and moving direction Futwängler performed.

Kerstin Lindberg-Torlind
such as soprano and baritone Bernhard Sönnerstedt are simply wonderful, with a song that rises from the depths of the soul, and with great warmth in their speeches. May lack both a bit of vocal beauty and in some places is made of at least one Grummer or Dieskau but quickly forget your own prejudices and your listening habits (how capricious and idler is our ear)! And if you just go with the historical moment of the concert performances are breathtaking and perfect, beautiful.
